國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn):GB 即 guo biao 。

專業(yè)（部）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的代號(hào)，規(guī)定用該部（局)名的漢語(yǔ)拼音字頭大寫字母表示。

如:機(jī)械工業(yè)部(局)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):JB即ji biao。

冶金工業(yè)部(局)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):YB即 ye biao 。

專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的代號(hào):ZB即 zhuan biao。

世界各國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是用英文（俄羅斯用俄文）作代號(hào)的，即用每個(gè)字母的第一個(gè)英文字母大寫作代號(hào),

如:美國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn):ANSI 即 American National Standards lnstitute 。

英國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):BS即 British Standards 。

法國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):NF即 Norme Francaise。

日本標(biāo)準(zhǔn):JIS即 Japanese Industrial Standards。

美國(guó)材料與試驗(yàn)協(xié)會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):ASTM即 American Society for Testing and Materials .
